My favourite thing about being a Yoga teacher is bringing people together.. Yoga is gaining traction around the world as a great way to look after your physical, emotional and mental health.
In my first year of setting up my Yoga business, I taught over 1,000 people from all walks of life. My mission was to show people that they could show up to their first Yoga class and love it. From football clubs, school groups from ages 5-18, chair Yoga and corporate Yoga, I have had the pleasure of meeting so many lovely people who decided to bring the practice of Yoga into their community.
Corporate Yoga
Create the perfect oasis during your work day. With essential oils, meditation, invigorating Yoga and deep relaxation - this is the perfect session to create space mentally and physically so you can feel and perform at your best! Optional extra to add cacao.

Sports Clubs
Working with athletes – whether they be football teams, runners or gym-goers, I have had the opportunity to see how Yoga can be of benefit across different sports. It is a great addition to the training week.

Schools Yoga Program
A program tailored by age group which delivers mindful movement, breathing, stretching and strength work. Each session incorporates a branch of Yogic philosophy, educating about the origins of the practice whilst maintaining a fun and engaging environment through games and group activities.
Kids Yoga
Fun and imaginative classes featuring a wide range of games and mindful movement to promote play, trust and mind-body connection.

Parties/Events

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a brilliant way of delivering all the benefits of Yoga to people with limited movement or range of motion.
Classes include, essential oils, Pranayama/ breathwork and a wide and varied range of poses to strengthen and welcome more openness into the body.
