Schools Yoga Program

Yoga is a brilliant way to teach mindful movement, breathing, stretching and strength work. My programs for schools are specifically tailored to he needs of each age group and ensure to teach practical history and Yogic philosophy whilst maintaining a fun and engaging environment through games and group activities.

"For most of the boys, it was the first time they had tried yoga. They enjoyed the sessions and were surprised by the strength needed for some of the movements. It got them to move in different ways than they were used to and to think about their bodies in a different way. They enjoyed the variety of the sessions with all the games, poses, partner work and relaxation."

A single 60-min Yoga class is €130.

This includes a mixture of some/ all of the following dependant on age group:

  • Breathing/ Guided meditation/ Mindfulness

  • Essential oils

  • Invigorating Yoga flow which can be tailored to the needs of the group

  • Savasana (relaxation) with optional adjustments.

A block of 5x 60 min classes for ONE class group is €500.

This includes a mixture of some/ all of the following dependant on age group:

  • Fundamental philosophical principles and history of Yoga.

  • Breathing/ Guided meditation / Mindfulness.

  • Essential oils.

  • Invigorating Yoga flow which can be tailored to the needs of the group.

  • Building a physical foundation of all the basics with the goal of students feeling confident to start their own practice or join any class.

  • Progression and variation in strength and flexibility each week.

  • Games and group activities.

  • Partner work and challenges.

  • Savasana (relaxation).

A block of 5x 60 min classes for TWO class groups is €700.

This includes a mixture of some/ all of the following dependant on age group:

  • Essential oils.

  • Invigorating Yoga flow which can be tailored to the needs of the group.
