Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a brilliant way of delivering all the benefits of Yoga to people with limited movement or range of motion.

Classes include, essential oils, Pranayama/ breathwork and a wide and varied range of poses to strengthen and welcome more openness into the body.

A 60-min Chair Yoga class is €130

This includes:

  • Guided meditation & Pranayama (Breathwork)

  • Essential oils

  • A wide and varied range of poses to strengthen and welcome more openness into the body.

  • Savasana (relaxation) with optional adjustments.
