Chair Yoga is a brilliant way of delivering all the benefits of Yoga to people with limited movement or range of motion.
Classes include, essential oils, Pranayama/ breathwork and a wide and varied range of poses to strengthen and welcome more openness into the body.

This includes:
Guided meditation & Pranayama (Breathwork)

Savasana (relaxation) with optional adjustments.
